At Aging Millennial Supply, we do our best to keep things straightforward and fair. Please read the information below before placing an order.
Shipping
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
During new drops, sales, or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
We currently ship within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, it will be clearly noted at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking
When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order ships.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Our return policy is designed to be reasonable while protecting a small, independent shop.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
The item is unused and in original condition
Tags (if applicable) are still attached
The item is returned in original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged:
Action figures
Collectibles
Limited-run or special-release items
Items marked “Final Sale”
Due to the nature of collectibles, all items are sold as described.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If an item is eligible for return, you may return it according to our policy and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
